Shipping Policy

Orders are processed immediately after payment has been confirmed and shipped within an average of 3-4 business days. We Will Only Ship Within the United States (Lower 48 states only).

Note: Business days above are calculated if you placed and paid for your order in the morning. Add 1 business day if you submitted payment in the afternoon or evening. Business days do not include weekends.

*During the months of November, December and January our suppliers experience high volumes and processing times may be up to 5-6 business (M-F) days . Delivery time may also change during the holiday season for UPS, DHL or FedEx Ground service. Check with those carriers for their delivery schedules. Our suppliers have not established guaranteed shipments by holidays as they may not be able to honor them. Please make sure to place your orders and submit payment as soon as possible so that your order may be shipped out in a timely manner.

Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time.

Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Knife Laws. Knife laws vary. Please check with your local law enforcement agency for the laws in your area.

Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

DMI Enterprises has simplified the process of calculating shipping fees for convenience. The shipping fees are calculated via ups real time on the check out page, so you will never have to wonder what you will be charged for the shipping service we provide.

Note: Items purchased from Warehouse #2 cannot be shipped with items purchased from other areas. All multiple item orders from Warehouse #2 will be shipped together. All Orders that have items purchased from Warehouse #2 and Other sections will receive 2 packages. One package from Warehouse #2 and One package from the other sections. The cost of shipping applys to each package as stated in the shipping policies.
